Our New House Build division is the newest of our three divisions (including Domestic and Commercial) and focuses on the supply and installation of flooring throughout new housing developments within Lincolnshire.

It’s a special moment for us with every job, adding what is often one of the finishing touches before you move in, taking the space from the bare floor to a cosy, furnished home, whether a plush carpet in your living room, laminate throughout your hallway or luxury vinyl tiles in your kitchen.

We supply and install most types of new house build flooring, including carpet, laminate, and luxury vinyl tile (LVT) to name a few. We also carry out all necessary sub-floor pre-preparation using branded smoothing compounds, moisture suppressant membranes and flooring grade plywood as this is a crucial part of any job!
